• Multiple eras of NYC leadership gathered at the 9/11 memorial for 25th anniversary ceremonies.

• The son of a police officer lost on 9/11 is following in his father’s footsteps.

• The son of a firefighter lost on 9/11 reflects on his father’s legacy and the support of his community.

• The son of a WTC employee lost on 9/11 shouted out “Knicks in 5” in honor of his father who was a huge fan.

• Every year on 9/11, sunlight enters the Oculus during the duration of the attacks, forming a uniquely touching tribute.

• It's become a tradition for firefighters to honor their fallen comrades by climbing 110 flights of stairs in full gear; firefighters from all over the nation partake in the climb.

• The Tribute in Light once again illuminated the NYC skyline in memory of the victims of 9/11.

• A Rockaway resident created a beautiful painted seashell memorial for the 25th anniversary of 9/11.
